| 摘 要： | 本文报道手术治疗腕部三角纤维软骨损伤22例,其中随访11例,平均随访时间7.8年(4.5～13.4年)。疗效:优5例,良5例,可1例。作者结合应用解剖研究及文献复习,讨论了该病的诊断及治疗。

| Abstract: | Twenty-two patients with the tears of carpal triangular fibrocartilage that had been resected were reported. Of 11 patients who received follow-up survey (4.5 to 13.4 years, mean 7.8 years), 10 cases were excellent and good. Based on analysis of these cases, study of the applied anatomy and review of literature, some problems encountered during the diagnosis and treatment were discussed. |
