摘    要:目的 :研究虎眼万年青多糖的微观形貌。方法 :采用原子力显微镜 ( AFM)观察虎眼万年青多糖的微观形貌。结果 :虎眼万年青多糖的单一多糖 OCA- ba呈多股紧密并行螺旋形排列。结论 :利用 AFM可以快速、直观地观察虎眼万年青多糖的微观形貌 ,推断这种现象是由于该多糖中所含糖醛酸发生糖链间氢键缔合所致

Abstract:Objective: To study the micro shape of OCAPS ba isolated from the natural plant Ornithogalum caudatum Ait. Methods: Obsearve the micro shape of this pure polysaccharide by means of Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM). Results: The micro shape of polysaccharide is obtained and especially from the images on the magnified AFM pictures and the three dimensional AFM picture, the parallel spiral polystrands can be observed clearly. Conclusion: It is supposed that the phenomenon is resulted from the hydrogen bond association of the uronic acid containing polysaccharide chains among the molecules.
