复骨健步冲剂对兔激素性股骨头缺血性坏死骨重建影响的研究

摘    要:目的探讨复骨健步冲剂对兔激素性股骨头缺血性坏死骨重建影响的作用及其机理。方法采用肌注醋酸强的松龙复制激素性股骨头缺血性坏死模型 ,检测血清甲状旁腺素、血清降钙素 ,并在光镜下观察股骨头病理改变及计数成骨细胞、破骨细胞。结果实验组血清甲状旁腺素水平、破骨细胞数量均明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;而实验组血清降钙素水平、成骨细胞数量则明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。股骨头病理学检测 ,实验组与对照组比较有明显差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论复骨健步冲剂能促进激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的骨重建 ,有显著地防治股骨头坏死的作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Fugujanbu Granule(FG) on steroid-induced ischemic necrosis of femoral head and its mechanism for this effect.Methods The animal model was prepared by injected hydroprednisone intrarmuscularly among rabbits.Then,the serum levels of calcitonin(CT) and parathyroid hormone(PTH) were detected and compared between the experimental group(EG) treated with FG and controlling one(CG).Furthermore,the results of histopathology were determined and compared between them in this way. Results The serum level of PTH and the number of osteoclast were significantly decreased in EG than in CG(P<0.05),and the CT leval and osteoblast number were significantly increased in EG tham in CG(P<0.05).Moreover,the histopathological findings were also significantly different between the two groups. Conclusions FG is significantly effective in the prevention and treatment of femoral head ischemic necrosis induced by steroid.
