| 摘 要： | 目的:为探讨硫酸性肠化切缘 p53和 ras p21蛋白的表达,进一步从分子生物学水平证实硫酸性肠化与胃癌术后切缘复发的关系。方法:应用流式细胞术和细胞免疫荧光染色技术,对18例硫酸性和17例非硫酸性肠化切缘粘膜上皮细胞的 p53和 ras p2l蛋白的表达量进行了定量研究。结果:硫酸性肠化切缘上皮的 p53和 ras p21蛋白的表达量显著高于非硫酸性肠化切缘和正常粘膜上皮,而低于胃癌细胞。结论:硫酸性肠化切缘的 p53和 ras p21蛋白有过量表达,可能与胃癌术后复发有关。

p53 and ras p21 Expression in the resected Margins of Suffomucin Type of Intestinal Metaplasia and Its Significance |

| Abstract: | Objective:In order to research for p53 and ras p21 protein expression at resected mar- gins with sulfomuein type of intestinal metaplasia(SIM),and to detemine the relationship between SIM and local recurrence after operation for gastric carcinoma.Methods:p53 and ras p21 protein expression of the resected margins of SIM in 18 cases and 17 cases of N-SIM were quantitatively studied by folw cy- tometry and immunofluorecence method.Results:p53 and ras protein expression in the resected margins with SIM were higher than those in N-SIM and normal mucosa cells,and lower than those in gastric can- cer.Conclusion:The resected margins with SIM has a high expression of p53 and ms p21,and may be related to local recurrence in post-operative patients with carcinoma of stomach. |
