神经外科压疮预防措施调查分析

目的:调查神经外科压疮预防措施实施情况,为促进压疮预防及其医疗资源的合理利用与分配提供依据。方法:采用《压疮预防评估观察表》对129例患者进行追踪调查。结果:轻度危险患者气垫床使用百分比、侧卧30°使用百分比均低于中、高度危险患者(P0.05);轻度危险患者按摩使用率低于高度危险患者(P0.05);轻、中度危险患者书面记录百分比低于高度危险患者(P0.05)。结论:观察到的7种压疮预防措施除按摩错误预防外,均存在预防不足的问题。

Investigation and analysis on the preventive measures of pressure ulcer in neurosurgical patients

Objective：By investigating the allocation of preventive measures for patients at risk for pressure ulcers in neurosurgical patients,to promote the rational use of medical resources and provide the basis for allocation.Methods：We investigate 129 at risk patients with＂observation of pressure ulcer preventing assessment sheet＂.Results：The utilization rate of air bed,side mild 30 degrees of low-risk was lower than midst-risk,high-risk（P0.05）.The utilization rate of massage of low-risk is lower than high-risk（P0.05）.A written record of a low-risk,midst risk is lower than high-risk（P0.05）.Conclusion：The preventive measures are insufficient except the error massage.
