小儿寒喘合剂治疗小儿寒哮临床观察

目的观察小儿寒喘合剂治疗小儿寒哮的疗效。方法将198例哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予小儿寒喘合剂,对照组予西药治疗。观察两组治疗后症状、体征、肺功能、IgE、IL-4及IL-5的变化。结果两组疗效相近,但小儿寒喘合剂有更明显的化痰及改善患儿症状、体征、舌脉的作用,并能降低IgE、IL-4及IL-5水平,改善气道慢反应性炎症状态,其降低IL-4水平较对照组更加明显。结论小儿寒喘合剂治疗寒哮疗效肯定,其作用与控制气道变应性炎症有关。

Clinical Observation on Xiao'''' erhanchuan Mixture Treating Infantile Bronchial Asthma (Cold Syndrome in TCM)

Objective:To observe effect of Xiao' erhanchuan Mixture treating infantile bronchial asthma (Cold Syndrome in TCM).Methods :198patients were de-vided into two groups randomly,the t reating groups and the controlled group.The treating group was given with Xiao' erhanchuan Mixture,while the controlled group was given with amin ophyline.The changes of patients'symptmos,physical sign,pulmonary function and levels of IgE,IL -4,IL -5affer treated were observed.Results:The two groups had the same effect.And the observation suggested that Xiao' erhanchua Miture is more superior on resolving phlegm,meliorating symt oms and physical sign,reducing the l evels of IgE,IL -4,IL -5,controlling slow reacting substance anaphylaxis in air -passage.Conclusion:Xiao' erhanchuan Miture shows its confident effect through the observation.The mechan ism has relation with the effect of bronchial high reactivity(BHR).
