独活寄生汤治疗膝骨关节炎临床观察

目的:观察独活寄生汤治疗膝骨关节炎(OA)的疗效。方法:选择符合纳入标准患者113例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组56例给予独活寄生汤治疗,对照组57例给予硫酸氨基葡萄糖(GS)治疗,疗程均为4周。采用Lequesne的OA疼痛功能指数对膝关节的症状体征和功能活动进行评分。结果:总有效率治疗组为96.43%,对照组为82.45%,两组比较差异有显著性(P0.05),治疗组优于对照组。治疗后两组疼痛功能指数评分均有显著降低,治疗前后比较,差异非常显著(P0.001),治疗组评分降低优于对照组(P0.001)。停药4周后对照组疗效明显降低(与疗程结束时比较P0.01),而治疗组疗效降低不明显(与疗程结束时比较P0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤治疗膝OA疗效明显优于GS组的疗效,且具有较好的安全性。

Duhuo Jisheng Tang of Knee Osteoarthritis Clinical Observation

Objective: To research the effect and drug resistance of Duhuo Jisheng Tang on knee osteoarthritis (OA). Method: Select 113 patients met the inclusion criteria Were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group (n=56) were treated with Duhuo Jisheng Tang. Patients in control group (n=57) were treated with Glucosamine sulfate. The therapeutic course was 4 weeks in both groups. Based on Lequesne function index of OA pain evaluation of Signs and symptoms of knee joint functional activities. Result: The total effective 96.43% in treatment group,82.45% in control group, between two groups the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),The treatment group Superior than the control group.two groups after treatment the Pain and functional index score were significantly lower, before and after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.001), The treatment group score lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001).After 4 weeks of withdrawal efficacy of the control group significantly decreased (compared with the end of treatment, P<0.01), while the treatment group was not significantly lower efficacy (compared with the end of treatment, P>0.05). Conclusion: Duhuo Jisheng Tang effect of knee osteoarthritis is superior to the efficacy of Glucosamine sulfate,and has good security.
