| 摘 要： | 目的建立清开灵颗粒中黄芩苷和绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸（20：80：0．2），流速1ml／min，柱温25％，检测波长327nm。结果黄芩苷在0．09—0．54μg之间线性关系良好，平均回收率100．3％，RSD=0．99％；绿原酸在0．196～1．176μg之间线性关系良好，平均回收率99．9％，RSD=1．06％。结论本法灵敏、简便、准确，可用于清开灵颗粒的测定和质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish determination of scutellarin and chlorogenic acid in Qingkailing Extract by HPLC. Methods Kromasil C18 column and the mobile phase with methnol-water-phosphoric acid （20 ： 80： 0. 2） with the flow rate 1.0 ml/min and column temperature 25℃ and the detection wavelength at 327 nm were applied for the determination. Results The linear range of scutellarin in the range of 0. 090 - 0. 540μg, r =0. 9999, and its average recovery rate 100. 3% （ RSD =0.99% ） ; while the linear of chlorogenic acid in the range of 0. 196 - 1. 176μg, r = 0. 9999, and its average recovery rate 99.9% （ RSD = 1.06% ）. Conclusion The method is sensitive, simple, accurate, so HPLC can be used for the determination of prepara- tions and the quality control in Qingkailing Extract. |
