| 摘 要： | 采用髓骨皮瓣移植一期治疗骨骨不连伴贴骨瘢痕。方法：应用吻合旋骼深动静脉骨皮瓣移植治疗胫骨骨不连并贴骨瘢痕１７例。结果：全部髂骨皮瓣成活，骨折按期愈合。无手术并发症。结论：带旋髂深静脉游离髂骨皮瓣移植治疗胫骨骨不连并贴骨瘢痕，在植骨的同时也增加了局部的血液循环，加速骨折愈合。

| Abstract: | Objective: Using freeilium and flap complex to treat non united tibia and sticking scar. Method: 17 cases with non united tibia and sticking scar were dealt with transplanting free ilium and flap. Result: All the ilium and flap survived non united healed up, there were not operative complications. Conclusion: Using ilium and flap complex to treat non united tibia and sticking scar is a good method, which increase the local blood ciculations and bone union. |
