Successful autotransplantation of an intra-abdominal testis by microsurgery |

| Abstract: | An intra-abdominal testis in a 12-year-old child was successfully transplanted to the scrotum by a microvascular technique. The result after 12 months is promising. Problems of ischaemia in testicular autotransplantation and technical problems in testes with a short spermatic pedicle are emphasized. |
