食管鳞癌组织中淋巴管表达的定量分析及其临床病理意义

摘    要:目的探讨人食管鳞癌组织中的淋巴管生成及其与淋巴结转移的临床意义。方法采用酶组织化学法,检测49例食管鳞癌、癌旁及切端正常食管上皮组织中淋巴管的生成及定位特征,并应用图像分析方法测定淋巴管数量和阳性单位、及其与淋巴结癌转移的关系。结果肿瘤组织中淋巴管生成和阳性单位均与淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.01),癌旁组织中淋巴管密度高于癌组织(P<0.01),酶组织化学法可较好地显示食管鳞癌组织中的淋巴管。结论食管鳞癌的淋巴管形成与淋巴结转移相关,为肿瘤细胞淋巴道转移提供了条件。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between lymphangiogenesis in human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC) and the lymph node metastasis of ESSC.Method Numbers of lymphatic vessel density(LVD) and its positive unit(PU) in ESCC tissues from 49 cases were detected by the enzyme-histochemical method and the image analysis system.The relationship was verified between LVD and PU by enzyme-histochemistry and the lymph node metastasis of ESSC.Results There was a statistically positive correlation between lymphangiogenesis,PU and lymph node metastasis in ESSC(P<0.01).LVDs of at the tumor periphery were significantly higher than that of in investigated tumor area(P<(0.01)).The enzyme-histochemical method showed clearly intratumorous lymphatic vessels of ESCC.Conclusion There is a close relationship between lymphangiogenesis and lymph node metastatic tumors in ESCC.Lymphangiogenesis might play a role in lymphatic metastasis.
