即刻按摩反阿是穴治疗急性踝扭伤临床观察

目的:观察即刻按摩反阿是穴治疗急性踝扭伤的疗效。方法:临床26例经X线诊断及结合临床症状均符合急性踝扭伤的病患。给予最短时间内按摩反啊是穴5~10min,观察疗效。结果:疗效标准采用林应强评定方法(局部疼痛、肿胀、关节活动及行走距离)评定本组36例,其中经1个疗程痊愈14例,占38.5%;有效19例,占53.8%;无效3例,占7.7%。结论:即刻按摩反阿是穴治疗急性踝扭伤,打破按摩急性扭伤时间窗限制,患者及时得到有效治疗,操作简单,疗效好。
