氧分压与二氧化碳分压对离体豚鼠心肌收缩性的影响

摘    要:用改良的Langendorff方法灌注离体豚鼠心脏冠状动脉,观察灌注液氧分压(PO_2)与二氧化碳分压(PCO_2)变化对左、右心室心肌收缩性的影响。结果表明PCO_2增高可使左、右心室的收缩压及压力上升的最大速度(dp/dt max)明显降低,PO_2降低可使左、右心室的收缩压及dp/dt max明显降低。PO_2降低合并PCO_2增高较单纯性缺氧或单纯性PCO_2增高对心肌收缩性的影响更大。

Abstract:Isolated hearts of 20 guinea pigs were perfused via coronary arteries with a modified Langendorff method in order to determine the effects of PO2 and PCO2 on the contractility of the left and right ventricular myocardium.The results showed that the systolic pressure of both ventricles and the rate of rise of left ventricular pressure (dp/dt) could be markedly reduced with either a perfusate of high PCO2 or a perfusate of low PO2.The increased PCO2 could also cause a decline of the rate of rise of right ventricular pressure (dp/dt).The depressive effect of combined hypoxia and hypercapnia on the myocardial contractility was more prominent than that of either hypoxia or hypercapnia alone.
