| 摘 要： | 目的对眼拳击伤的临床表现及预后进行观察，分析。方法通过常规检查及必要的B超或CT检查，对拳击性眼外伤100例确定了诊断并予以相应治疗，随访1～3月。结果损伤程度不同，对视力有不同的影响。52％的患者视力不能恢复正常，21％对视力有严重影响。结论应引起人们对眼拳击伤的重视，增强人们的爱眼意识，减少人为的眼部损害。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe and analysis the clinical symptom and prognosis of the eye trauma caused by fist.Methods Through the general and essential B ultrasonic and CT examination,special diagnosis and subsequently relevant therapy was processed.These patients were followed up for 1-3 months.Results Different degree of trauma had the different effect on the eyesight.52% patients' eyesight could't thoroughly recovery.21% of their's eyesight had been seriously effected.Conclusions We should pay close attentation to the trauma suffered from fist and enhance protective consciousness to eyes to decrease the unnatural eye trauma. |
