连续性血液净化在多器官功能障碍综合征患者中的护理干预

目的探讨连续性血液净化治疗（cBP）在多器官功能障碍综合征患者中的护理干预。方法应用CBP治疗MODS患者26例，观察患者机械通气、抗凝剂的使用、出血预防和并发症预防等护理干预的效果。结果26例患者中存活8例，存活率31％，其中治愈出院5例，3例病情改善后因肾功能衰竭需行维持血液透析，CBP治疗次数3次以上；8例患者治疗后A—PACHEⅡ评分（16．6±1．2）明显低于（26．4±2．6）分（t=2．406，P〈0．05）。结论多器官功能障碍综合征患者CBP的综合护理干预能防止脏器损害的进一步发展，改善预后，提高存活率。

Nursing Intervention of Continuous Blood Purification in Patients with Multiple Organ Disorder Syndrome

Objective To investigate the nursing intervention of continuous blood purification in patients with multiple organ disorder syndrome. Methods 26 patients with MODS were treated by CBP. nursing intervention of mechanical ventilation,anticoagulants,bleeding prevention and complications were observed in patients with muhiple organ disorder syndrome. Results In 26 patients survived eight cases （30.8%） ,five cases have been discharged from hospital, the condition improved after three cases of renal failure because of the need to maintain hemodialysis. The number of CBP for more than three times; The APACHE Ⅱ score after treatment（ 16.6± 1.2） points were significantly lower before treatment（26.4± 2.6）points（ t = 2.406,P〈 0.05） in 8 cases. Conclusion Nursing intervention of CBP to prevent the further development of organ damage,improve the prognosis and advance survival rates in patients with MODS.
