黄芩对甲醛损伤小鼠免疫系统的影响

摘    要:目的研究黄芩对吸入甲醛损伤小鼠免疫系统的影响。方法设置正常对照组,染毒组、黄芩保护组。测定小鼠免疫器官重量,巨噬细胞吞噬功能,淋巴细胞转化率。结果黄芩保护组与染毒组比较有显著性差异,P〈0.01。结论提示黄芩在免疫功能方面,对有害的甲醛有明显的拮抗作用。

Abstract:Objective To research the effect of SBG on immune system in formaldehyde-damaged mice. Methods The mice were divided into three groups (normal group, formaldehyde-damaged group, and SBG protective group). The weights of immune organs, the function of macrophages and the rate of lymphocyte transformation were detected. Results The index above increased significantly in SBG protective group. Compared with the formalde hyde-harmedgroup,the difference is obvious(P<0.01).Conclusion The results indicated that SBG has a significant protective effect on immune system in HCHO-damaged mice.
