洁净手术室管理现状调查报告

目的了解江西省医院洁净手术室质量状况,以便加强管理。方法采用问卷调查和现场采样检测方法对江西省部分医疗机构洁净手术室进行了调查。结果在调查的97所医疗机构中,有15所医院拥有洁净手术室51间;2006年有8所医院在建洁净手术室62间。多数洁净手术室浮游菌数和沉降菌数超标严重,少数100级手术室浮游菌超标。个别洁净手术室空气中>5μm尘埃粒子数超标、静压值仅有2~3 Pa,换气次数低、自静时间长;运转状态下洁净手术室噪声超过55分贝、相对湿度70%~80%、温度超过25℃。结论江西省部分医院洁净手术室洁净质量不达标,需要加强监督监测和质量管理。

SURVEY OF PRESENT STATUS OF ADMINISTRATION OF CLEAN OPERATING ROOMS

Objective To know the quality status of clean operating rooms in hospitals of Jiangxi Province in order to strengthen administration.Methods Questionaire investigation and on-the-spot sampling examination were used to investigate the clean operating rooms of some medical institutions in Jiangxi Province.Results Of the 97 medical institutions investigated,15 had 51 clean operating rooms and 8 hospitals had 62 clean operating rooms in construction in 2006.The floating bacteria count and settling bacteria count seriously exceeded the allowable limits in most clean operating rooms and the floating bacteria count exceeded the allowable limit in a few grade-100 clean operating rooms.In a very few operating rooms and some clean operating rooms,the >5 μm dust particle count in air exceeded the allowable limit,the static pressure was only 2-3 Pa,the frequency of ventilation was low,the time of self-quieting is long,the noise in working condition of the clean operating rooms exceeded 55 dB,the relative humidity was 70%-80% and the temperature exceeded 25℃.Conclusions The clean quality of clean operating rooms in some hospitals of Jiangxi Province did not attain the standard and the administration was unsatisfactory.
