摘    要:目的:优化玉米须多糖的提取工艺,研究含量测定方法,为进一步深入研究玉米须多糖制剂的质量控制提供理论依据.方法:采用苯酚-硫酸比色法对玉米须多糖进行含量测定,在其它指标不变的情况下研究单指标对提取工艺的影响,通过实验摸索寻找稳定性好、重现性高的含量测定方法。结果:优化了玉米须多糖的提取工艺,使玉米须多糖的提取效率大大提高。结论:此种方法对于提取和测定多糖类成分应是最佳方法。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize extraction technology of Stigma Maydis Polysaccharides and study its assaying method to provide theory for the quantity control of Stigma Maydis Polysaccharides.Method: We used phenol-vitriolic colourimetry to meaure Stigma Maydis Polysaccharides and investigated the influence of single index on extraction technology when other indexes kept constant to seek for an assaying method of better stability and higher reproducibility.Result:The extraction technology of Stigma Maydis Polysaccharides was optimized,increasing the extraction efficiency.Conclusion: The method is an optimal way for the extraction and determination of polysaccharides.
