摘 要: | 目的:研究白藜芦醇(Rev)对辐射所致的小鼠氧化损伤的防护作用,探讨其可能作用机制。方法:使小鼠接受亚致死剂量(6Gy)的全身照射(TBI),制备辐射损伤模型。检测辐射损伤小鼠血浆中SOD,Mn-SOD和CAT的活性和骨髓单个核细胞中CAT的活性。结果:①在血浆中,单独给药组Mn-SOD水平低于对照组(P<0.05),总SOD变化不明显;照射给药组与照射组相比,总SOD水平显著上升(P<0.05),说明单独给予白藜芦醇后可以降低Mn-SOD水平,但对总SOD无影响。②骨髓单个核细胞和血浆中,单独给予白藜芦醇后可以显著提高CAT活性(P<0.05);照射给药组与照射组相比CAT活性明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:白藜芦醇对由辐射引起的氧化应激损伤有保护作用,其机制可能与提高相应组织过氧化物酶活性有关。

Abstract: | Objective:To study the protective effects of resveratrol on irradiation induced damage in the mice and its probable mechanism.Methods:The mice received 6Gy total body irradiation.The SOD,Mn-SOD,and CAT activity in plasma,and the CAT in the BMMC were detected.Result:①The Mn-SOD activity in the Rev group was lower than that in the control group(P0.05),the total SOD had slight variation;Compared to the irradiated mouse,the total SOD activity in the Rev+IR group increased significantly(P0.05),suggesting that Rev could decrease Mn-SOD activity,but not the total SOD.② Rev increased CAT in the plasma and BMMC(P0.05),compared to the irradiated group,the CAT activity in the Rev+IR group increased significantly(P0.05).Conclusion:Resveratrol has protective effects on the oxidative damage induced by irradiation exposure,and its mechanism is probably to promote the peroxidase activity. |
