内镜下碘染色对早期食管癌及癌前病变的诊断研究

目的探讨内镜下碘液染色对早期食管癌及癌前病变的诊断价值。方法对普通内镜检查发现的376例疑似病变,用2%的碘液喷洒染色,对不染色和浅染色区进行多点病理活检,并对照碘液染色前后早期食管癌及癌前病变检出率变化。结果经活检组织病理学诊断,染色前内镜诊断食管早期癌为18例,碘液染色后内镜发现经病理确诊为39例,染色前内镜诊断中度～重度异型增生分别为23例,碘液染色后内镜发现病理确诊为115例,差异具有统计学意义。结论内镜检查中碘液染色可显著提高早期食管癌和异型增生的检出率。

Research of iodine staining by endoscopic on diagnoses of early esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions

Objective To discuss the diagnoses value of iodine liquid staining by endoscopy on early esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions.Methods 376 cases of suspected disease discovered by ordinary endoscopic examination were spraied with 2% iodine staining and made pathology biopsy in non-staining and light staining areas. The change of detection rate of esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions before and after iodine staining was observed.Results There were 18 cases of early esophageal cancer by endoscopic biopsy pathological diagnosis before dyeing, and 39 cases of pathologically confirmed after iodine staining. 23cases of moderate - severe dysplasia were found by endoscopy before dyeing,while 115 cases of pathologically confirmed after iodine staining. There was statistical significance between the date of before and after iodine staining.Conclusion Iodine staining in endoscopic examination can significantly improve the detection rate of early esophageal cancer and dysplasia.
