| 摘 要： | 对２４例经颅脑ＣＴ证实的脑白质疏松症患者进行脑干听觉诱发电位（ＢＡＥＰ）和短潜伏期体感觉诱发电位（ＳＥＰ）检查，结果ＢＥＡＰ总异常率７９％，ＳＥＰ总异常率８３％，两种诱发电位均以时间参数的异常率明显比波幅度参数的异常率高。结论：在脑白质疏松症的临床早期，虽然还未出现典型的临床表现，但脑电生理已出现异常，诱发电位的检测可以作为早期诊断该病的一个敏感的辅助检测方法。

| Abstract: | The brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) and short latency somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) are studied in 24 patients with leukoaraiosis confirmed by CT It was found that the abnormality rate of BAEP was 79% and that of SEP was 83% The abnormality of time parameter in both BAEP and SEP was significantly higher than that of amplitude parameter It was noted that the abnormality of electroencephalophysiology had already appeared in the early asymptomatic stage of the disease The authors beleived that BAEP and SEP could be served as a sensitive adjuvant method in the early diagnosis of leukoaraiosis |
