两种术式治疗高位复杂性肛瘘疗效比较

目的:评价高位复杂性肛瘘切开引流挂线与开窗留桥对口引流疗效。方法:对面80例高位复杂性肛瘘患者分两组知用切开引流挂线与开窗留桥对口引流治疗。结果:治疗组:开窗、留桥对口引流挂线术。比对照组:切开引流挂线术恢复快、术后痛苦小,肛门瘢痕小。结论:对高位复杂性肛瘘采取开窗留桥对口引流治疗,愈合快、术后不影响肛门功能、肛门无变形、效果满意。

Compare of curative effect of two operation methods in the treatment of high complex fistula-in - ano

Objective:To discuss the curative effect of insicion, thread- drawing drainge and bridge fenestration thread- drawing drainge in the treatment of high complex fistula-in-ano.Methods:80 cases of high complex fistula-in-ano were divided into two groups. The study group were underwent bridge fenestration thread- drawing drainge,the control group were underwent insicion, thread- drawing drainge.Results:The recovery of study group were faster than controlled group,it has great advantages of less surgical injury and protecting the anal function.Conclusions: Compared with the controlled group, bridge fenestration thread- drawing drainge in the treatment of high complex fistula-in-ano has shorting treatment course, raising cure rate and protecting the anal function.It is a good procedure for high complex fistula-in-ano.
