nm23和p53蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其意义

目的:探讨肿瘤抑制基因nm23、p53蛋白产物在鼻咽癌组织中异常表达与肿瘤临床分期、病理分级和淋巴结转移等肿瘤的生物学特征的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学ABC方法检测42例鼻咽癌活检标本中nm23、p53蛋白的表达水平。结果:鼻咽癌组织中nm23和p53蛋白表达的阳性率分别为50.0%和45.2%,nm23蛋白表达与临床分期和病理分级呈正相关,而与鼻咽癌的淋巴结转移呈负相关(P<0.05)。p53蛋白表达与鼻咽癌的临床分期和分化程度呈正相关,而与肿瘤的淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。结论:nm23、p53蛋白的表达在鼻咽癌的侵润转移中起重要作用,p53表达与鼻咽癌组织临床分期、分化程度有关,鼻咽癌的淋巴结转移可能与多基因异常改变有关。

Expression of nm23 and p53 Proteins in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma and Its Clinical Significance

Objective:To study the relationship between the expression of the non metastasizing nm23 protein and the tumor supperssor gene p53 protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its biological characteristic.Metheds:The expression of nm23 and p53 proteins in 42 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were determined with immunohistochemistry.Results:The positive rates of expression for nm23 and p53 proteins were 50.0% and 45.2%,respectively.The nm23 expression was significantly correlated with the clinical stage,pathological grade and lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05),and the expression of nm23 in pationts having lymphatic metastasizing carcinoma was obviously lower than that in non lymphatic metastasizing carcinoma(P<0.05).The p53 expression was significantly correlated with the clinical stage,pathological grade(P<0.05),and was not significant with lymphatic metastasis(P>0.05).Conclusion:The expression of nm23 and p53 proteins might play an important role in invasion and metastasis of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma.P53 expression was related to the differentiation and the clinical stage of nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue.
