白血病化疗后口腔病变的多因素护理干预

摘    要:目的 探讨多因素护理干预对预防和控制白血病化疗后口腔病变的效果。方法 对78例住院化疗的白血病患者进行包括以健康宣教、口腔pH值矫正、口腔冷却疗法及口腔溃疡分度护理相结合的多因素护理干预,评估其口腔病变的发生率及严重程度,并与未干预组进行对比。结果 实验组口腔病变的发病率及严重程度均明显低于对照组。差异具有显著性。结论 采取以健康宣教、口腔pH值矫正、口腔冷却疗法及口腔溃疡分度护理相结合的多因素护理干预,可有效地预防和控制白血病患者因化疗所致的口腔炎的发生。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of multi-factor nursing interventions on the prevention and control of chemotherapy-induced oral mucositis in patients with leukemia.Methods Multi-factor nursing interventions included health education, pH adjustment of mouth, oral cool therapy, and oral ulcer nursing according to the degree. The patients in the experimental group(n=78) with chemotherapy for leukemia received the multi-factor nursing interventions.The patients in the control group (n=78)only received traditional nursing interventions. The incidence and severity of oral mucositis were assessed and compared between the two groups.Results The incidence and severity of oral mucositis of the experimental group was much lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The incidence and severity of oral mucositis can be effectively prevented and controlled by multi-factor nursing interventions including health education, pH adjustment of mouth,oral cool therapy,and oral ulcer nursing according to the degree.
