| 摘 要： | 目的探讨B-Lynch缝合术治疗剖宫产产后出血的方法、疗效。方法回顾性分析13例行B-Lyneh缝合术治疗剖宫产产后出血病例资料。结果 12例采用B-Lynch缝合术治疗剖宫产产后出血成功止血,是一种有效措施。结论 B-Lynch缝合术是剖宫产术中发生产后出血可采用的快速、简单、有效的方法,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate method and efiect of the B-Lynch suture in severe postpartum hemorrhage of cesatean section. Methods The clinical data in 13 patients with severe postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section from January 2007 to December 2009 treaated with the B - Lynch suture were analysed retrospectively. Results 12 patients with the B - Lynch suture in severe postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section were efrective. Conclusion This method is aimple,rapid and effeetive in controlling bleeding. |
