| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经阴道彩色超声对子宫切口妊娠（sarean scar pregnancy,CSP）的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析31例子宫切口妊娠超声声像图特征及术后结果。结果 31例切口妊娠中,超声正确诊断24例,准确率为77.42%（24/31）,误诊7例（宫颈部妊娠3例、不全流产2例、滋养细胞疾病1例、血凝块1例）。典型超声声像图表现为孕囊型、残留型、类滋养细胞疾病型和血块型四种类型。结论经阴道彩色超声对子宫切口妊娠的诊断是一种可靠的诊断方法,具有重要的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical value of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound(TVCDU) for the diagnosis of the caesarean scar pregnancy(CSP).Methods Thirty-one cases confirmed as CSP by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed according to postoperative pathological diagnosis and the characteristics of TVCDU.Results The results showed that 24 patients were correctly diagnosed by ultrasound that the accuracy rate was 77.42%(24/31),7 cases were misdiagnosed(3 cases as cervix pregnancy,2 cases as in... |
