| 摘 要： | 目的探讨致新生儿结构异常出生缺陷的产前超声漏诊原因。方法回顾性分析了2006年7月至2010年8月全程在成都市妇女儿童中心医院进行产前超声检查未见异常,且在我院分娩的新生儿外观和检查有结构异常的数据资料,探讨致新生儿结构异常出生缺陷的产前超声漏诊原因。结果 18 722例孕妇中,新生儿结构异常240例（269处）,包括严重畸形15例、轻微畸形225例（254处）。其中,产前超声不能或难以诊断的畸形占72.12%（194/269）;不在系统超声检查范围内的畸形占27.13%（73/269）;产前超声能诊断而漏诊的畸形占0.75%（2/269）。结论在规范的产前超声检查的情况下,产前超声不能或难以诊断的畸形是发生结构异常出生缺陷的主要原因,在胎儿系统超声检查范围之内超声能诊断的畸形漏诊极少。
