| 摘 要： | 目的观察生物衬垫式湿润疗法在宫颈环形电切术（1oop electrical excision procedure,LEEP）后对创面愈合、预防术后出血的临床效果。方法选择因宫颈病变需作LEEP的患者120例,随机分成两组,采用速敷特壳聚糖抗菌膜（Cervical antibiosis membrane of Soffter-TM and Chitosan）局部用药者60例作为治疗组,LEEP术后自然修复60例作为对照组。结果治疗组阴道出血量、阴道出血持续时间、阴道流液、创面愈合时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论生物衬垫式湿润疗法具有减少创面感染、渗出、出血和促进LEEP后创面愈合的作用。
