小儿反应性浆细胞增多症(附100例报道)

本文报道了1990年1月─1995年12月我院儿科住院患儿反应性浆细胞增多症100例。按骨髓浆细胞≥3％为标准，反应性浆细胞增多症在小儿发生率为2．95％。100例反应性浆细胞增多症中12例做免疫球蛋白；17例做了球蛋白，5例做了蛋白电泳；28例做了C-反应蛋白和外周血中性粒细胞碱性磷酸酶检测。结果7／12例IgG升高，7／12例IgA升高，8／12例IgM升高；10／12例球蛋白升高；5／5例蛋白电泳无M蛋白带；19／28例C-反应蛋白升高，17／28例碱性磷酸酶积分升高。据100例统计资料分析发现，导致反应性浆细胞增多的原发病有血液系统疾病、感染性疾病、结缔组织病、变态反应性疾病及恶性肿瘤等。结果表明反应浆在小儿科较为常见，可由多种原因导致并伴有免疫指标变化。

REACTIVE PLASMACYTOSIS OF CHILDREN REPORT OF 100 CASES

100 cases of children with Reactive Plasmacytosis (RP) were reported in this article.The cases came from in--patient in our department between January 1991 and December 1995.RP was defined by the plasma cell count above 3 percent in the bone marrom. By the statistics, the incidence of RP in children is 2. 95 percent In the 100 cases of patients, 12/100 patients were examined the immunoglubulin, 17/100 examined the glubin, 5/100 examined theprotein electrophoresis, 28/100 examined the C- reactive protein (CRP) and Neutrophil alkaline phosphatase (AKP), the results showed that there were 7/12 cases IgA , 7/12 casesIgG, 8/12 cases IgM, 10/17 cases glubin, 17/28 cases CRP, and 17/28 cases AKP increased. The protein electrophoresis of 5/5 cases had not found the M protein band. According to the statistics, the cause of RP is as following: the blood diseases, infection diseases,connective tissue diseases, allergosis and malignance ect. This suggest that the RP in children is very high, a lot of diseases can cause it.
