慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者住院期间的健康教育

摘    要:目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者住院期间的健康教育。方法选择首次住院诊断为慢性阻塞性肺疾病的患者184例,随机分为两组,实验组100例,对照组84例,两组患者均进行入院常规健康教育,另对实验组进行提问式、反复说教、强化记忆的健康教育。在患者入组时及1年后,采用对患者的"知、言、行"对两组患者的健康教育质量进行评定。结果实验组在主诉症状、健康教育效果上与对照组相比较,差异均有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论有效的健康教育,使患者在住院期间能积极配合完成疾病治疗全过程,减少护理并发症,缩短住院时间,减轻患者负担,减少医疗资源的浪费。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the method of health education in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)during the patients are in health. Methods Information was collected from 184 patients who were diagnosed as COPD when they were first admitted to hospital. These patients were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group was consisted of 100 patients while the control group was consisted of 84 patients. The routine health education was imply to the both groups. In addition,problem-posing health education,repeated health education and memory consolidation health education was imply to the experimental group. The quality was evaluated using the model of knowledge,attitude,practice at the beginning of the trial and after a year. Results The chief complains and the effects of the experimental group compared to the control group were signifi cant(P0.01). Conclusion The effective health education can make the patient cooperate with medical staff to complete the whole process of treatment of disease in the hospital,decrease complications,shorten hospital stay,decrease the burden on the patients,and avoid the waste of medical resources.
