摘    要:为探讨盐蒸法炮制补骨脂的合理性 ,采用高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)测定了盐炙品、盐蒸品水提和醇提液中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量。结果 :水提和醇提液中有效成份的含量均为盐蒸大于盐炙。表明盐蒸法炮制补骨脂是合理可取的

Abstract:To study the rationality of preparing Fructus Psoraleae by salt_steaming method,the content of psoralen and isopsoralen in salt_frying extraction and salt_steaming water and alcohol extraction was determined by high pressure liquid chromatography.Results showed that the content of psoralen and isopsoralen in the extraction by salt_steaming method was higher than that by salt_frying method.It is concluded that preparing Fructus Psoraleae by salt_steaming method is rational.
