2-Amino-5-oxo-2-tetrahydrofuran carboxylic acids,novel γ-lactone antibacterial agents

设计并合成了五种２－酰胺基－５－氧－２－四氢呋喃羧酸类新的抗菌剂。它们的化学结构经ＭＳ、ＩＲ、１Ｈ－ＮＭＲ证实。合成的化合物对所试的２０株革兰氏阳性和阴性细菌中的大多数具有抗菌活性，化合物３ｅ对大多数菌的抗菌活性与头孢曲松相当。

Breeding of kitasamycin high production strains

Streptomyces kitasatoensis R 01 105 as a starting strain was treated compositely by ultraviolet rays, Co 60 , tryptophan, isoleucine and 2 deoxyglucose. Four high production mutants were obtained. Among them, the fermentation titer of the mutant T 11 120 was 15302 u/ml in shaking flask, which was 80.1% higher than that of the starting strain (8500u/ml). In an 10 ton fermentation tank, the average potency of 8 successive batches was 12388 u/ml. It was 67.4% higher than the existing production level (7400 u/ml) and all passed the quality examination.
