新生儿科临床带教培养实用型护理人才的探讨

摘    要:目的探讨新生儿科临床带教培养实用型护理人才的方法及效果。方法对每批进入新生儿科临床实习的护理学专业本科生进行风险意识、人际沟通能力、人文关怀理念、专业情感及临床评判性思维能力和创新能力的培养。结果实习调查反馈结果表明,临床带教质量受到实习学生及学校教师的肯定。结论新生儿科临床带教培养实用型护理人才的方法是有效及可行的。

Abstract:Objective Investigate the method and effect of turn out utility-type nursing talents during neonatal clinical teaching. Method Every new nursing undergraduate student was trained of risk awareness, interpersonal communication skiu, humanity care idea, professional feeling, clinical judge ideation and creative ability during neonatal clinical practice. Result The information from survey feedback indicates that the students were satisfied with the quality of the clinical teaching. Conclusion The method of turn out utility-type nursing talents during neonatal clinical teaching is effective and feasible.
