阳虚质主观怕冷与客观体表温度特征的关系

目的 研究阳虚质人群主观怕冷与客观体表温度的关系,及其与阳气有关的主要穴位温度的变化特点.方法 根据《中医体质分类与判定》标准,将受试者分为阳虚质组和平和质组,对受试者采用红外热像诊断系统进行全身共5幅热像图采集并记录61个区位的红外热值平均值,应用红外线温度计对24个与阳气相关的特定穴位进行体表温度测量,比较阳虚质与平和质两组间体表温度和主要穴位温度差异.结果 阳虚质组在左/右上臂前、左/右上臂后、右肩前、左/右肩后、左腋窝、右肘窝、左/右足跟、左脚趾部位温度数值显著小于平和质组(P＜0.05),阳虚质组膻中、中脘、神阙、大椎、左膏肓、右膏肓和腰阳关穴位体表温度显著低于平和质组(P＜0.05).结论 阳虚质人群有主观怕冷和局部体表温度降低的特点,并且膻中、中脘、神阙等穴位温度热值下降.

Study on the subjective cold and objective body surface temperature characteristics in patients with Yang deficiency constitution

Objective To observe the correlation between the subjective cold and objective body surface temperature,and acupoint temperature changes with Yang Qi.Methods According to the standard of Classification and Determination of Chinese Medicine Constitution,the subjects were divided into Group Yang deficiency and Group Gentleness constitution.An infrared thermal imaging system was used to collect and record 5 thermal images of the whole body,and the infrared heat value of the 61 areas.Twenty-four specific acupoints related with Yang Qi were measured by infrared thermometer to compare the difference of body surface temperature and acupoints temperature between the two groups.Results The surface temperature in Group Yang deficiency were significantly lower than Group Gentleness on the left anterior arm,right anterior arm,left posterior arm,right posterior arm,right anterior shoulder,left posterior shoulder,right posterior shoulder,left armpit,right cubital fossa,left heel,right heel and left toes (P ＜0.05).The surface temperatures on acupoints in Group Yang deficiency were significantly lower than those of Group Gentleness on the Danzhong,Zhongwan,Shenque,Dazhui,left Gaohuang,right Gaohuang and Yaoyangguan (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Patients with Yang deficiency have the subjective cold and low local surface temperature characteristics,and the temperature at some acupoints are relatively low,such as Danzhong,Zhong-wan,Shenque and et al.
