广州地区糖尿病前期的患病情况及相关因素分析

目的 研究广州地区糖尿病前期患病率的趋势及其相关因素.方法 选取2009年1月至2014年12月29 339例广州地区居民的健康体检数据,采用单因素和二元logistic回归进行统计分析.结果 糖尿病前期患病率为15.5％.男性组糖尿病前期患病率高于女性组,60岁以上组糖尿病前期患病率高于其他年龄组.体重、腰围、体质指数、收缩压、舒张压、尿酸、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷氨酰转肽酶、25羟基维生素D等指标在血糖正常和糖尿病前期组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).男性、年龄增大、腰围增大、25羟基维生素D水平减低是糖尿病前期的危险因素.结论 广州地区糖尿病前期患病率高,其危险因素主要是腰围增大、25羟基维生素D水平减低,必须采取相应的预防措施.

The prevalence and risk factors of pre-diabetes in Guangzhou residents

Objective To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of pre-diabetes in Guangzhou residents.Methods A total of 29 339 residents,who received physical examinations at Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital from January 2009 to December 2014,were retrospectively enrolled in the study.Results The prevalence of pre-diabetes was 15.5％,it was significantly higher in male (17.28％) than in female (13.75％),also higher in elderlies over 60 years old.There were significant differences in weight,waist circumference,body mass index,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,serum uric acid,total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase and serum vitamin D [25 (OH)D] concentration between pre-diabetes group and normal group.Age,male,increased waist circumference and low serum vitamin D [25 (OH)D] concentration were risk factors of pre-diabetes.Conclusion A high prevalence (15.5％) of pre-diabetes is detected in Guangzhou,and the main risk factors of pre-diabetes are increased waist circumference and low serum vitamin D [25 (OH) D] concentration.
