| 摘 要： | 目的为提高腹腔神经丛穿刺阻滞的成功率 ,减少并发症提供形态学基础。方法对 4 3具成人尸体标本的腹腔神经丛、腹腔神经节的位置、形态、毗邻、长度、宽度、厚度等进行观测。结果 95 %腹腔神经丛位于第 12胸椎至第 1腰椎体 ,腹腔神经节依据形态可分为长条型、结节型、薄片型、半月型 ;长条型又根据其行程可分为纵行、横行、斜行 3种。结论依据腹腔神经节的位置、形态及行程选择穿刺部位和选择性增加注射点及注射量。

| Abstract: | Objective To provide anatomic basis for the percutaneous celiac neuropuncture.Methods The shape, position, syntopy, length, width and depth of the celiac plexus and the celiac ganglia were observed in 43 adult specimens.Result 95% celiac plexus are between the location of T 12 -L 1 vertebal body. The celiac ganglia, according to its shape, can be classified into shape of rectangle, shape of tubercle, shape of thin piece and shape of half moon.Conclusion According to the location, shape, and route of the celiac ganglia, the position of percutaneous puncture, the increase of selective injection spot and the amount of injection can be chosen. |
