| 摘 要： | 目的：通过分析婴儿先天性腭裂术后吸气困难的原因，更好地治疗、预防该并发症。方法：对95例婴儿先天性腭裂术后出现吸气困难者进行观察分析。结果：婴儿先天性腭裂术后吸气困难主要与喉头水肿、舌后坠、分泌物阻塞气道、及肺部感染有关，其它方面亦不能忽视。结论：应针对婴儿腭裂术后吸气困难的不同诱因，采取合理防治方法。

| Abstract: | Objective Through the analysis of the causes of inspiratory dyspnea following palatoplasty of congenital cleft palate in infants to find out the proper postoperative measures of it's prevention and treatment. Methods To observe and analyse the causes and the measures of treatment of inspiratory dyspnea of 95 infant cases after cleft palate repair. Results The chief causes of inspiratory dyspnea following the palatoplasy were edema of larynx,pos-terior falling of the relaxed tongue,secretion accumulation in the airway and infection of lungs. Conclusion Different measures of prevention and treatment of inspiratory dyspnea following palato-plasty in infants should be directed toward it's related causes. |
