脑白质疏松与认知功能障碍关系分析

目的:探讨脑白质疏松(LA)与认知功能障碍的关系。方法:160例患者根据脑CT/MRI分为脑白质疏松(LA)组和对照组,每组80例,用简易精神状态量表(MMSE)进行评分,按照Aharon-Peretz标准对LA程度进行分级,比较两组患者的MMSE评分的均数和认知功能障碍的发生率;分析认知障碍程度与LA级数的相关性。结果:LA组患者MMSE评分显著低于对照组,LA组认知功能障碍发生率高于对照组,认知障碍程度与LA级数呈线性相关,相关系数Υs=0.903,有统计学联系。结论:LA是认知功能障碍的原因之一,认知功能障碍程度与LA级数呈线性相关。

The relationship between leukoaraiosis and cognitive impairment

Objects： To analysis the relationship between Leukoaraiosis and cognitive impairment . Methods： 160 patients were induced and divided into two group Leukoaraiosis （LA）and controls by the character of the brain CT/MRI . MMSE was used to examine patients of the two groups,The means of MMSE scores and the incidence rate of cognitive impairment were compared. Evaluate the character of CT/MRI ,make out the grade of LA group by the standard of Aharon-Peretz. Correlation between the degrees of cognitive impairment and the LA grades was andlysed. Results： The mean of MMSE scores in LA was lower than control group significantly ,the incidence rate of cognitive impairment in LA was higher than control group. Linear correlation coefficient of the degree of cognitive impairment and the LA grades Ts= 0. 903,had statistical assoeiation. Conclusions： LA is one reason of cognitive impairment ,The degree of cognitive impairment and the LA grades is linear correlation.
