对慢性精神分裂症患者长程住院的社会功能调查

目的探讨慢性精神分裂症患者长程住院的社会功能现状及相关因素影响.方法对114例病程≥5年,符合CCMD-2-R[1]精神分裂症诊断标准的患者,采用修订的社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS-Ⅰ)[2]、简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)[3]、阴性症状评定量表(SANS)及阳性症状评定量表(SAPS)[4]进行评估.结果社会功能缺陷发生率为78%,SDSS-Ⅰ评分与病程、住院时间、次数评分呈正相关,与适应性出院(假出院)、参加工娱疗天数呈负相关,适应性出院当日及2个月内的社会功能总体水平有所提高.结论缩短住院时间、尽快回归社会,加强家庭教育及社会康复工作.

Survey of social function for chronic schizophrenics with long term hospitalization.

Objective:To explore the social function and its related factors about chronic schizophrenics with long term hospitalization.Methods:SDSS|I,BPRS.SANS and SAPS were used to measure chronic shcizophrenics who met CCMD|2|R criteria and stayed in hospital over 5 years.Results:78% for social disability,scores of SDSS|1 was positively correlated with illness course,hospitalization time and negatively correlated with time of discharge and occupational therapy.Conclusion:Short hospitalization and return to community were effective.
