支气管动脉介入灌注栓塞治疗中晚期肺癌疗效分析

目的观察经支气管动脉灌注化疗加供血动脉栓塞综合治疗中晚期肺癌的临床疗效。方法选择经病理组织学诊断的中晚期肺癌患者35例,着重介绍插管技术,肺癌的血供及支气管动脉解剖及经支气管动脉灌注化疗疗效观察。结果本组原发性肺癌的血管造影中,无1例失败,24例右肺癌全由右支气管动脉供血;11例左肺癌由左支气管动脉供血9例,左右支气管共干2例。右支气管动脉多与3、4肋间动脉共干。结论采取这种治疗方法,不但延长了患者的生存时间,减轻痛苦,同时也提供了肺癌治疗的方法。

Effect Analysis of Bronchial Arterial Infusion and Embolization in treatment of advanced Lung Cancer Patients

Objective：to observe the clinic efficacy of bronchial arterial infusion and embolization in treatment of advanced lung cancer.Methods：by selecting 35 cases of advanced lung cancer patients that through clinicopathologic diagnosis.The paper indicates intubatton methods,blood supply of lung cancer and efficacy observation with Bronchial Arterial Infusion and Embolization Intervention Therapy.Result：Angiography of primary lung cancer,no one case of failure,24 patients with right lung cancer entirely right bronchus artery;11 cases of left lung by the 9 cases of left bronchial artery,left and right bronchus were dry in 2 cases.More than the right bronchial artery and intercostal arteries were dry 3,4.Conclusion through the treatment,not only prolong patients life and alleviate pain,but also provide methods of cure lung cancer.
