儿童少年首发精神分裂症早期症状分析

目的：探讨儿童少年精神分裂症早期症状出现的顺序。方法：将75例首次发病的儿童少年精神分裂症患者按自编早期症状表中的32个早期症状进行排序。结果：发生率大于50%的早期症状有（从高到低依次排列）：不愿上学、易发脾气、不守纪律、不合群、注意力不集中、不服管教、说谎等。按发生率由高到低分组依次为：行为问题组、神经症症状组、性格改变组、情绪障碍组及精神病性症状组。结论：这些早期症状分析对儿童少年精神分裂症早期诊断和干预有一定意义。

The analysis of the early symptoms on the psychotic children whose illness are happened for the first time

Objective:to explore the order that the early symptoms on the children of schizophrenia.Methods:Take 75 psychotic children whose illness is happened for the first time in order according to the 32 early symptoms in which the early symptoms chart.Results: That the early symptoms,which the happening rate is higher than50%,are(from high to low): refusing to go to school,to angry easily,often obey rules,difficult to get on with others,to concentrate on anything,to listen to others,and often telling lies.etc Separate these problems into groups according to their happening rates,that is: the problem in action,the neuropathic symptoms,the personality changing,emotive obstacle and the psychotic symptoms.Conclusions: To do these analyses to the early symptoms is very meaningful for early diagnosis and intervention of the psychotic children.
