2007年安徽省枞阳县城镇及乡村地区中小学生体检结果分析

目的了解安徽省枞阳县中小学生营养发育状况及肥胖水平。方法采用横断面调查的方法于2007年对安徽省枞阳县县城及一个乡镇的中小学生进行健康体检，对检查结果进行对比性分析。结果 接受体检的19 523名中小学生中，男、女生营养不良率分别为27.38%和25.70%（I/Isup2/sup =7.03, IP/I＜0.01），肥胖率分别为2.46%和1.95%（I/Isup2/sup =5.84, IP/I＜0.05）。来自于县城地区的学生营养不良率为23.00%，低于乡镇的为29.11%（I/Isup2/sup=90.52, IP/I＜0.01），但肥胖率高于乡镇（I/Isup2/sup =61.06, IP/I＜0.01）。结论小学生营养不良率和肥胖率均高于初高中阶段学生。

Nutritional status of primary and middle school students in Zongyang county, Anhui province, 2007

Objective To assess the nutritional status and obesity levels of primary and secondary students in Zongyang county of Anhui province.MethodsIn 2007,a cross-sectional survey（physical examination） was performed for the primary and middle school students in the county town and a township in Zongyang county,Anhui province,and the results were analyzed.ResultsAmong 19 523 primary and middle school students,the malnutrition rates for boys and girls were 27.38% and 25.70%（χ^2 = 7.03,P〈0.01）,respectively,the obesity rates were 2.46% and 1.95%（χ^2 = 5.84,P〈 0.05）,respectively.The malnutrition rate of the students from the county town was 23.00%,which was lower than that（29.11%） of the students from the township（χ^2 = 90.52,P〈0.01）,but the obesity rate was higher（χ^2 = 61.06,P〈0.01）.ConclusionThe malnutrition rate and obesity rate of primary students were higher than those of middle school students.
