山楂叶提取物泡腾片成型工艺的研究

摘    要:目的优化山楂叶提取物泡腾片的制备工艺备件。方法以pH值、崩解时限、第30日的硬度为评价指标,采用正交试验进行工艺优化。结果最佳工艺配比为20%柠檬酸、20%碳酸氢钠,并采用聚乙二醇6000包裹碳酸氢钠。结论该工艺稳定、可靠。

Abstract:Objective To optimize preparative technique for effervescent tablets of Hawthorn leaf extract. Methods We used pH, disintegration time and rigidity as indexes, the formulation and technique of Hawthorn leaves extract effervescent tablets were optimized by 0rthogonal experiment. Results The optimum procedure condition was adding 20% citric acid and 20% sodium bicarbonate packaged by PEG6000. Conclusion The preparation technique is stable, reliable and suitable.
