| 摘 要： | 安定有松弛宫颈肌的作用,作者应用于200例分娩产妇,解除宫颈痉挛效果显著,处理宫口扩张活跃期延长或停滞有效率达91.30％。托安定作用下,84％宫颈水肿产妇从阴道分娩。由于安定能促进宫口扩张,缩短产程,减轻产妇痛苦,对降低剖宫产率也起到积极作用。实验研究与临床研究结果相一致,因此提出宫颈肌是分娩动力学的一个重要因素。

| Abstract: | The role of uterine cervix smooth muscle during labor is subject to increasing interest. As a cervical muscle relaxing agent, diazepam had been used in 200 parturients. It suppressed cervical spasm with obvious efficiency. It also gave good results in treating prolonged or stationary active phase of cervical dilatation, with a success rate of 91.30%. Under its effect, 84% of parturients with cervical edema could deliver by vaginal route. Because of its action on acceleration of cervical dilatation, diazepam shortened the labor duration, and reduced the parturients suffering, thereby decreasing cesarean section rate. Experimental study coincided with clinical observation. Thus it may be suggested that cervical mausele could play an important role in labor dynamism. |
