| 摘 要： | 28例急性药物、毒物中毒应用血透和腹透治疗,临床表现为重度中毒,有昏迷,低血压,呼吸抑制,急性肾衰等。血透24例,存活22例(92%),死亡2例(8%),血透中凝血和症状性低血压的发生率较高,腹透4例,存活4例(100%),均采用床边临时穿刺法腹透。讨论了急性中毒血透的指征、优点、并发症和腹透的应用价值。

| Abstract: | The twenty-eight patients were treated with hemodialysis(24 cases)orperitoneal dialysis(4 cases).on admission,the patients were all severlyIntoxicated with coma,hypotension,respiratory failure and acute renal fai-lure.of the 24 cases hemodialysis treated,22 cases survived.Thg commoncomplications included blood coagulation symptomatic hypotension.The rest4 cases treated with peritoneal dialysis all survived.They were all treatedat the bedside by puncturing peritoneal dialysis.Indications for hemodia-lysis in acute poisining,its advantages and complications,and the practicalvalue of peritoneal dialysis are discussed. |
