| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻中隔偏曲矫正术后鼻中隔黏膜局部缺血的预防及处理方法。方法对2004-02～2007-07鼻中隔偏曲矫正术后鼻中隔黏膜发生局部缺血的6例患者进行回顾性分析。结果缺血发生的部位均位于鼻中隔中部,发生的时间为术后的3～14d,缺血恢复的时间为12～20d。结论矫正术中鼻腔填塞不要过紧,术后注意抗感染、避免过度使用激素及黏膜收缩剂;如出现缺血及时应用扩血管药物治疗并保持鼻腔湿润是预防鼻中隔黏膜缺血坏死的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the prevention and treatment methods of nasal septum mucosa of after nasal septum deviation diorthosis. Method six cases with partial ischemia in nasal septum mucosa after undergoing nasal septum deviation diorthosis were retrospectively analyzed. Result The location of ischemia was at the middle of nasal septum in all. The ischemia time to emerge was from 7 to 14 days . The recovery time of ischemia was from 12 to 20 days.Conclusion The measures to prevent ischemia of nasal septum are to avoid nasal cavity overpacking,apply antibiotics after operation,to prevent from overspend hormone and contraction medlcine,to apply blood vessel outstretched medicine and keep wetness of nasal cavity if ischemia occures. |
