| 摘 要： | 转移和复发是影响胃癌患者预后的重要因素 ,肿瘤细胞在腹腔、淋巴结、外周血及骨髓中的微转移是肿瘤转移和复发的基础。以CEAmRNA和CK 2 0mRNA为靶基因 ,实时荧光定量RT PCR法检测微转移肿瘤细胞 ,是近年来该领域研究的焦点。本文拟从方法学、检测结果及临床意义等方面对实时荧光定量RT PCR检测胃癌患者腹腔冲洗液游离细胞CEA和CK 2 0基因的研究进展加以综述。

| Abstract: | Peritoneal metastasis is the most common form of recurrence in patients with gastric carcinoma. A small amount of tumor cells in peritoneal cavity, lymph nodes, circulating blood and bone marrow are closely related to micro-metastasis and replase of the tumor. Recently, a technique for detecting CEA and CK20 mRNA in the peritoneal lavage fluid of gastric-cancer patients by RT-PCR has been developed. This paper reviews the advances in its methodology, findings, and clinical application. |
