| 摘 要： | 目的 描述扩张型心肌病(DCM)患儿的心腔血液超声背向散射参数的特点.方法 使用Philips Sonos 7500型彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,对20例DCM儿童(DCM组)和20例健康儿童(对照组)应用超声背向散射积分(IBS)技术,采集心腔血液IBS数据.结果 与对照组比较,DCM组左室长轴切面各腔室(左房、左室、右室)血液IBS周期变化幅度(CVIB)明显减低,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).DCM组患儿左室不同节段血液平均IBS值(AII)和CVIB差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 DCM儿童心腔血液背向散射参数与正常儿童存在差异.对于DCM患者,进行背向散射参数分析时,不宜将左室血液作为标化物.
