补充蛋白果冻对术后患儿蛋白质代谢及伤口愈合的影响

目的探讨补充蛋白质对儿童术后蛋白质代谢和伤口愈合的影响。方法对手术治疗90例3—7岁患儿分为3组包伙供膳，分别供给普通膳食、高蛋白膳食和高蛋白＋蛋白果冻膳，连续3周。观察各组血清清蛋白、血红蛋白及伤口愈合情况。螭果实验组摄入蛋白质食品高于普通膳食组供给标准蛋白质35％，术后患儿的血清清蛋白和血红蛋白水平显著提高；伤口愈合率高于其他二组，但无显著差异（Pa〉0．05）。实验组体质量增长均高于其他二组（Pa〈0．05）。螭论给术后患儿补充蛋白果冻可促进肌肉蛋白质的合成，降低肌肉蛋白质的分解，促进伤口愈合，对术后机体康复有一定意义。

Influence of Protein Jelly Supplementation on Protein Metabolish and Wound Healing in Post-Operated Children

Objective To explore the influence of protein jelly supplementation on protein metabolish and wound healing in post-operated children.Methods After operated,90 cases of 3-7 years old children were divided into three groups,and they were given supplemented balance diet,high protein diet and high protein plus protein jelly.The serum albumin,hemoglobin(Hb) and wound healing in 3 groups were measured after supplementation for 3 weeks.Results Compared with other 2 groups,the concentrations of serum albumin and whole blood Hb significantly increased in high protein plus protein jelly group.The rate of wound healing was obviously higher in high protein plus protein jelly group than those in other 2 groups,but there were no significant difference(Pa>0.05).And the increasing of weight in high protein plus prolein jelly group was significantly higher than those of other two groups(Pa<0.05).Conclusion The supplementation of protein jelly can promote protein metabolism and improve wound healing in post-operated children.
