| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药薰洗联合玻璃酸钠治疗绝经后膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效.方法:将110例确诊为绝经后膝骨性关节炎的患者随机分为两组.对照组54例单纯用关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗,治疗组56例采用中药薰洗联合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗,治疗后观察两组病例的近期及远期治疗效果.结果:治疗后治疗组的近期及远期疗效均优于对照组.结论:中药薰洗联合玻璃酸钠治疗绝经后膝骨性关节炎的,临床疗效明显优于单纯关节腔注射玻璃酸钠,且不易复发,值得临床推广应用.
